How this website handles your data.

This website is run by Hephaestus Consulting and Technology Joint Stock Company ("Hephaestus Technology"), with offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Dublin and Dover, Delaware. For any privacy question or request, email contact@hephaestus-tech.org.

The "Book a free call" form asks for your name, email, company (optional), what describes you, where your project is, what you would like to talk about, and a preferred call time with your time zone. We use this only to reply and arrange the call. The request is emailed to our team, saved on our web host, and recorded in our internal system, which notifies the team.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to follow up and for our business records. Ask us and we will delete yours.

To count visits we run our own simple statistics on this website. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device. For each page view we record the page, the referring website, campaign tags in the link, the device type and whether you clicked to book a call. To count unique visitors without identifying anyone, we combine your IP address and browser with a random value that changes every day and keep only a scrambled result; your IP address itself is never stored. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, we don't count your visit at all.

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use only two kinds. Strictly necessary storage remembers your cookie choice and is always on. Analytics cookies fromMicrosoft Clarity are set only if you choose "Accept all" or switch Analytics on in Cookie settings. Clarity records pages visited, clicks, scrolling and session replays, plus device and browser information, so we can see what works and where people get stuck. We do not use advertising cookies. Microsoft processes Clarity data under theMicrosoft Privacy Statement.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything collected before you did. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

• Fonts and photos are served from this website itself; no third-party font or image services are contacted when you browse.
• Blog articles and images load from our own server at be.hephaestus-tech.org, which keeps standard server logs.
• The website is hosted by Hostinger.
• Links to Calendly (booking a call), LinkedIn and Pexels (photo credits) take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@hephaestus-tech.org. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Ireland that is the Data Protection Commission.
